🌱 Grape varieties: Alfrocheiro (100%)
🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming of the grapes and fermentation, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 28–30 °C. 13-day maceration with gentle pump-overs.
⏳ Aging: In 225 L French oak barrels for 10 months. Bottling: Before bottling, the wine underwent only a light filtration through cellulose cartridges to preserve its integrity.
🧪 Analysis:
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color : light straw, clear.
Aroma : red berries, strawberry.
- Palate : complex, firm tannins.
⏳ Potential for Evolution: Suitable for bottle aging.
