🍇 Region: Dão (DOC)
🌱 Grapes: Touriga Nacional (50%), Jaen (20%), Alfrocheiro (20%), Tinta Roriz (7%) and Tinto Cão (3%)
🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming of the grapes and fermentation, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 28–30 °C. 11-day maceration with gentle pump-overs.
⏳ Aging: In 225 L French oak barrels for 6 months. Bottling: Before bottling, the wine underwent only a light filtration through cellulose plates in order to preserve the integrity of the wine.

Alcohol content: 12.9% vol.
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color : ruby, brilliant.
Aroma : pine needles, blackcurrant, vanilla, spices.
- Palate : structured, firm tannins.
⏳ Potential for Evolution: Suitable for bottle aging.
🍽️ Serving: Serve at 16°C.
