🌱 Grape varieties: Tinta Roriz (100%)
🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming of the grapes and fermentation, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 28–30 °C. 12-day maceration with gentle pump-overs.
⏳ Aging: In 225 L French oak barrels for 10 months. Bottling: Before bottling, the wine underwent only a light filtration through cellulose cartridges to preserve its integrity.

Alcohol content: 13.6% vol.
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color : bright maroon.
- Aroma : wild blackberry, vanilla.
- Mouth : complex.
