A reserve red wine from Quinta dos Penassais, a classic expression of the Dão region with great elegance and gastronomic character.

🌱 Grapes: 80% Touriga Nacional, 20% Aragonês (Tinta Roriz)

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested with grape selection. Total destemming and fermentation in traditional lagares with temperature control and gentle maceration.

⏳ Aging: Prolonged aging in the bottle after natural stabilization in stainless steel tanks.

🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards on the right bank of the Dão River, mid-slope, in São João de Lourosa, with southern sun exposure.

🧪 Analysis:
Alcohol content: 13% vol.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Bright ruby, with a light aging in French oak.
- Aroma: Elegant notes of ripe red fruits and the typical character of Touriga Nacional.
- Palate: Soft, with good body, fine tannins, balanced acidity and a persistent finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Good aging potential in a suitable cellar.

🍽️ Serving: Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC, ideal with game dishes, roasted red meats and aged cheeses.
