🌱 Grapes: Touriga Nacional (80%), Alfrocheiro (10%), Tinta Roriz (10%)
🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts at 28-30ºC. Maceration for 18 days. Aged for 18 months in 225L French oak barrels.
🧪 Analysis: Alcohol content 14.0%; Total acidity 6.1 g/l; Volatile acidity 0.69 g/l; Dry extract 31.9 g/l
👃 Organoleptic Tasting Notes: Intense dark color, aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cassis, vanilla, and chocolate. Generous palate, round tannins, great aging potential.
