🌿 Vines: From a vineyard approximately 30 years old, planted at an altitude of 600 meters, in poor granitic soils with some quartz, in a climate of very hot summers and cold, dry winters.

🌱 Castes: Syrian (100%)

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, bunch selection, total destemming, gentle crushing, and fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature.

⏳ Stage: Stainless steel.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: José Ribeiro Brandão

🧪 Analysis: 13.5% volume.

👃 Tasting notes: Notes of lemon balm, lime, bay leaf, stone fruit and a "flint" finish reminiscent of wet granite.

🍽️ Serving temperature: 10–12 ºC
