🌿 Vineyards: Approximately 30 years old, planted at 600m in poor granitic soils with quartz, continental climate.

🌱 Varieties: Rufete (100%)

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, bunch selection, destemming, and fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature.

⏳ Stage: Used barrels + stainless steel.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: José Ribeiro Brandão

🧪 Analysis: 13.5% volume.

👃 Tasting notes: Light ruby color; balsamic notes, pennyroyal, oregano, rosemary, raspberry, strawberry and blueberry; evolving to ripe cherry, pine needles, resin and forest floor.

🍽️ Serving temperature: 14–16 ºC
