Doc Douro red wine produced with grapes from Quinta de Santa Bárbara, in Ervedosa do Douro, vinified on Quinta das Quintas.

🛠️ winemaking: Temperature controlled fermentation, with prolonged reassembly and maceration.
⏳ stage: 18 months in new 300-liter French oak barrels allier, followed by 12 months in bottle.
🌿 vines: Vineyards from 40 to 60 years old, in schist soils, with selected and hand-vinted grapes.
