Poças Símbolo 2017 is an exceptional wine, crafted from the finest old vine grapes from Quinta de Santa Bárbara in Ervedosa do Douro. This DOC Douro was meticulously vinified at Quinta das Quartas and aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle. With an intense and complex aroma, it reveals notes of spices and stewed fruits. On the palate, it is rich, structured, and perfectly balanced, with a long, persistent finish.
