Description
Symbol is a red Douro of the top of the puddles, produced from old vineyards from the Ervedosa do Douro sub-region, in Cima Corgo.

🌱 Castes: 100% old vineyards.
🛠️ Vinification: Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand.
⏳ Stage: 18 months in new French oak, followed by 12 months in bottle.
🌿 Vineyards: vineyards with 40–60 years in shale soils.
