🌱 Grape varieties: 100% Arinto
🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, carefully selected grapes in 15kg boxes. Destemming, pressing, must separated from skins, static settling at low temperature and fermentation at 16ºC.
⏳ Aged: 12 months in French oak barrels plus 12 months in bottle.
🌿 Vineyards: Located in the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountain ranges, at an altitude of approximately 50 meters. Older vines date back to 1972, with new plantings in 1999.
