🌱 Grapes: 70% Touriga Nacional 30% Pinot Gris

🛠️ Winemaking: fermented in stainless steel, and Pinot Gris that was fermented in second-use French oak barrels.

• Aroma & Palate: This is a very innovative and fresh style of rosé, made from a blend of Touriga Nacional fermented in stainless steel and Pinot Gris that was fermented in second-use French oak barrels. The Touriga Nacional provides fruit and acidity to the blend, while the Pinot Gris adds complexity to the texture. The result is a stunning and gastronomic style of rosé. Our rosé is bursting with bright, fruity flavors of strawberry and raspberry, which have a creamy palate. Extremely refreshing and dangerously drinkable, this is the perfect wine for the hot summer months in Portugal.

⏳ Aging Potential: A wine ready to drink young and should be consumed within the first 3 years.
