- Aroma & Palate: This grape variety has adapted brilliantly to the climate of the Tejo region. Specially selected grapes, hand-picked, were fermented and aged for 5 months in 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels. Vibrant citrus and fruity aromas, such as pineapple, lychee, and lime, supported by notes of lemon thyme and green herbs. It has an excellent structure and a perfect balance of acidity, which provides a long and elegant finish on the palate. It is a very gastronomic wine that will continue to develop complexity in the bottle.
⏳ Potential for Evolution: Although this wine is ready to drink at the time of release, it will continue to gain complexity in the bottle over the next 10 years.
