Alento Branco 2024 is a regional Alentejo wine that perfectly expresses the freshness and identity of the Estremoz terroir, right in the heart of the Alentejo. Produced by winemaker Luís Louro , this white wine is the result of a balanced blend of Arinto (50%) , Antão Vaz (30%) , Roupeiro (10%) , and Esgana Cão (10%) grape varieties, grown in limestone soils under a continental Mediterranean climate, with hot days and wide temperature variations.
Winemaking includes manual harvesting , skin maceration for 8 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (12ºC) for 8 weeks, followed by battonage for 4 weeks , giving the wine greater complexity and structure.
It has a bright citrus color , a fresh aroma with notes of white fruit and citrus , and in the mouth it reveals itself to be mineral, balanced and with excellent acidity , ideal for hotter days.
Food pairing suggestion: Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads and light cheeses.
