Monte das Talhas 2023 Alentejo Rosé 75cl

Monte das Talhas Rosé 2022 is a fresh, light and elegant wine produced in the Vidigueira sub-region of Alentejo, from the Aragonês (60%) , Trincadeira (30%) and Alfrocheiro (10%) grape varieties. Vinified with technical rigor and harvested at night to preserve all the aromatic freshness, this rosé authentically expresses the warm climate and clay-schist soils of the region.

Its vinification involves total destemming , cold thermal shock , bleeding until the desired color is obtained, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes:

• Color: Light pink with salmon reflections, bright and attractive.
• Aroma: Fruity and expressive, with notes of raspberry , cherry and a citrus touch of fresh lemon .
• Palate: Smooth and balanced, with an enveloping freshness and a light finish with notes of strawberry and fresh fruit . A versatile and pleasant rosé.
