Description
João Clara Rosé 2023 is an elegant and refreshing wine from the Algarve region, made 100% with the native Negra Mole grape variety, from vineyards in clay-limestone soils of Alcantarilha . With careful, artisanal production, this rosé stands out for its pale salmon color, delicate floral aroma and vibrant freshness.
Vinification is carried out using direct pressing of the whole bunch , without contact with the skins, fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature (12–14ºC) to preserve the aromatic expression as much as possible. The result is a light, fruity and sweet rosé wine, perfect for hotter days.
