João Clara Negra Mole 2020 celebrates Algarve tradition with a tribute to the Negra Mole grape variety, one of the most emblematic in the region. This wine reflects the passion and authenticity of the Algarve, with the signature of winemaker Joana Maçanita .

Winemaking
The grapes, coming from vineyards located on clayey soils in Alcantarilha, are carefully harvested and fermented at controlled temperatures. The wine undergoes 15 days of cuivaison (maceration pelliculaire) and ages for 18 months in French oak barrels , resulting in a balanced red full of character.

Ideal to accompany fatty fish, white meats and pasta dishes. Its versatility and elegance make it perfect for meals that require sophistication.
