Ensaio #II Rosé 2022 is a signature wine, born in the cool and humid terroir of Montargil (Portalegre, Alentejo) , where Touriga Nacional gains a delicate and unique expression. Produced in certified organic mode , this rosé is part of Monte da Raposinha 's “Ensaio” range, dedicated to single-varietal wines with bold and creative oenological approaches.

Vinification includes soft pressing of whole bunches , spontaneous fermentation in used French oak barrels and a 7-month aging with bâtonnage , resulting in a complex, elegant and textured wine with a distinct and fresh profile.

• Aroma: Fresh red fruit, peach , soft floral notes, vegetal touches and discreet nuances of wood.
• Palate: Dry, with vibrant acidity and a creamy texture given by working with fine lees. A refined, deep and surprising rosé.
