Raposinha Rosé 2023 is a certified organic wine, produced in the Montargil area (Portalegre, Alentejo) , in a vineyard close to the dam that provides a cooler and more humid microclimate , ideal for preserving the natural freshness of the grapes. With a light, elegant and fruity style, this rosé is vinified without barrel aging , standing out for the purity of the Aragonez (60%) and Syrah (40%) grape varieties .
Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees , this wine expresses authenticity and freshness, with a gastronomic and contemporary profile.
