Description

Lacrau Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a fresh and vibrant white wine from the Ave sub-region of the Douro, made exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. Produced by Adega Casa da Torre , this wine expresses a modern and aromatic profile, with a focus on freshness, purity and mineral balance .

The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed whole , with controlled fermentation in stainless steel and aged on fine lees until the blend is formed. The wine is bottled without filtration or stabilization , preserving its intensity and naturalness.

  • Aroma: Fresh and delicate, with notes of citrus fruits , green apple and a light touch of fresh grass .
  • Palate: Smooth and balanced, with striking minerality , firm acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Green fruit is very present in the mouth.
