Description
White Regional Tejo made with Riesling, with a complex, fresh and delicate aromatic profile.
🍇 Region: Tagus Regional.
🌱 Castes: Riesling.
🌿 Vineyards: Mediterranean climate, sandy-sandy soil and came with about 35 years.
🛠️ Vinification: Grapes kept cold for about 48 hours; Maceration of a few hours, pressing and slow fermentation for about 2 weeks at 18 ºC.
⏳ Stage: 1 month over fine lees after fermentation.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 12%
- Residual sugar: 5.9 g/l
- Total acidity: 7.34 g/l
- pH: 3.17
👃 Organoleptic test:
- Smoked notes, light spices, white fruit and spices.
- Delicate mouth, with notes of peach, light sweetness offset by excellent acidity.
- Long and fresh finish.
