Casa Cadaval presents a rare and exceptional white wine, made exclusively from the Riesling grape variety, one of the noblest in the world. Produced in the Tejo region with grapes harvested manually from vines over 35 years old, this Casa Cadaval Riesling 2021 is a pure expression of elegance, minerality and freshness, with a very limited production.
With intense and complex aromas that reveal smoky, slightly petrolated notes, white fruits and spices, this white wine surprises with the harmony between delicate sweetness and vibrant acidity . On the palate, notes of peach, green apple and orange blossom stand out, with a long, fresh and elegant finish.
Vinified at a low temperature to preserve primary aromas and aged on fine lees for 1 month, it is a wine that combines tradition with oenological precision.
