Description
White IGP Tagus Fresh, elegant and mineral, produced with stainless steel fermentation and a stage on fine lees.
🍇 Region: IGP Tagus.
🌱 Castes: Arinto, Gouveio and Fernão Pires.
🌿 Vineyards: Mediterranean climate, sandy-sandy soil and came at about 12 years old.
🛠️ Vinification: Total destemming and fermentation in low temperature stainless steel vats.
⏳ Stage: about 6 months on fine lees.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 12.5%
- Residual sugar: <0.6 g/l
- Total acidity: 7.31 g/l
- pH: 3.25
👃 Organoleptic test:
- Citrine color.
- Fine aroma with tropical, citrus and slightly floral notes.
- Fresh and elegant mouth, with amplitude, persistence and mineral notes.
