Casa Cadaval Colheita Branco 2023 is a regional wine from Tejo that expresses the elegance and freshness typical of this Portuguese wine region. Made from the Arinto, Gouveio and Fernão Pires grape varieties, it has a delicate and refreshing aromatic profile, perfect for sunnier days or to accompany light and sophisticated dishes.
With a citrus color and greenish nuances , this wine reveals a fine aroma with tropical and citrus notes, surrounded by a subtle floral touch. In the mouth, it stands out for its freshness and elegance , with good amplitude , balanced acidity and a mineral and persistent finish.
The winemaking process includes total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel at a low temperature and aging on fine lees for one month, which gives it complexity and a creamy texture .
