Casa Cadaval Reserva Branco 2022 is a regional wine from Tejo that reveals the best of the elegance and complexity of the Ribatejo terroir. Produced with Arinto and Viognier grape varieties, it presents a captivating combination of freshness, structure and subtle notes of wood.
The aroma is marked by ripe orchard fruits such as apple and apricot, combined with tropical nuances and a very well-integrated light toast . The palate is fresh, mineral and voluminous , with balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish.
The winemaking process is carried out with great care: the grapes spend 24 hours in a cold chamber before being pressed and then ferment in French oak barrels, where they age for 6 months sur lies , with weekly batonnage. This winemaking process gives the wine a creamy texture and superior complexity .
