Description
White Tagus doc with an elegant profile, fermented in barrels and worked on lees.
🍇 Region: Doc of the Tagus.
🌱 Castes: Arinto, Fernão Pires and Viognier.
🌿 Vineyards: Mediterranean climate, sandy-sandy soil and came with about 20 years.
🛠️ Vinification: Grapes kept cold about 24 hours before pressing; Separate fermentation in French oak barrels.
⏳ Stage: 8 months in barrel over lees, with weekly batonnage.
