Procura Rosé 2020 is a creation of award-winning winemaker Susana Esteban , produced from vineyards located in the Portalegre region of Alentejo, with grapes from Serra de São Mamede . This distinctive rosé combines 85% Aragonês and 15% Moscatel Roxo , a rare variety that gives the wine a striking and unique aromatic profile.

The winemaking process is carried out under temperature control in stainless steel tanks , preserving the freshness and purity of the aromas. With production limited to just 1,500 bottles , this is a special edition, designed for those who enjoy gastronomic, dry rosés with identity.
