Wine produced at Herdade dos Arrochais, in Amareleja, an authentic expression of the Alentejo region.

  • 🌱 Grapes: Alicante Bouschet, Alfrocheiro, Aragonez, Tinta Caiada and Trincadeira
  • 🛠️ Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration in a lagar; fermentation at ~25 °C with délestage for balanced extraction; malolactic fermentation completed.
  • ⏳ Aging: Partial aging in wood to round out tannins and add complexity.
