- 🛠️ Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration in a lagar; fermentation at ~25 °C with délestage for balanced extraction; malolactic fermentation completed.
- ⏳ Aging: Partial aging in wood to round out tannins and add complexity.

- Alcohol content: typically ~14.0%.
- 👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Deep garnet.
- Aroma: Ripe red and black fruit, jam and spices.
- Palate: Round tannins, soft texture and long finish.
- 🍽️ Serving temperature: Serve at 16-18°C. Ideal with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
