Description

Alentejo regional wine from Herdade da Rocha, produced in Crato, in Portalegre, next to the Serra de São Mamede, with a profile marked by the freshness and identity of the terroir.

🍇 Region: Alentejo — Crato, Portalegre, next to the Serra de São Mamede.

👨‍🔬 Enologist: Sandra Chaves and Paulo Laureano.

🌱 Castes: 100% Syrah.

🛠️ Vinification: Manual vinification, oriented to preserve the fruit and the natural structure of the variety.

⏳ Stage: 18 months in French oak barrels.

🌿 Vineyards: Alentejo grapes, with an expression of the terroir of Portalegre and the Serra de São Mamede.

🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 14%.

👃 Organoleptic test:
- Color: crystal clear and bright ruby.
- Aroma: Ripe raspberry and cherry, wrapped by notes of dark chocolate and spices.
- Mouth: enveloping and full, with ripe and polished tannins, velvety texture and long finish with succulent fruit and cocoa.

🍽️ Service: It comes with lamb carré, matured steak, braised tuna and pasta with mushrooms.
