Description

Alentejo regional wine from Herdade da Rocha, produced in Crato, in Portalegre, next to the Serra de São Mamede, with a profile marked by the freshness and identity of the terroir.

🍇 Region: Alentejo — Crato, Portalegre, next to the Serra de São Mamede.

👨‍🔬 Enologist: João Silva e Sousa.

🌱 Castes: 100% Touriga Nacional.

🛠️ Vinification: Entire grape pressing, static decanting at 8 °C, fermentation conducted at 18 °C and bâtonnage until bottling.

⏳ Stage: Bâtonnage over fine lees until bottling.

🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards in Crato, municipality of Portalegre, next to the Serra de São Mamede.

🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 13%.

👃 Organoleptic test:
- Color: light salmon.
- Aroma: delicate to red fruits, with emphasis on strawberry, pink pepper and nuts.
