Alentejo regional wine from Herdade da Rocha, produced in Crato, in Portalegre, next to the Serra de São Mamede, with a profile marked by the freshness and identity of the terroir.

👨🔬 Enologist: Sandra Chaves and Paulo Laureano.
🌱 Castes: 100% Alicante Bouschet.
🛠️ Vinification: Manual vinification, oriented to preserve the concentration and expression of the caste.
⏳ Stage: 18 months in French oak barrels.
🌿 Vineyards: Alentejo grapes, with an expression of the terroir of Portalegre and the Serra de São Mamede.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 14%.
👃 Organoleptic test:
- Color: intense and deep, almost opaque.
- Aroma: Ripe black fruit, such as plum and blackberry, with black pepper, cloves and subtle sandalwood notes.
- Mouth: structured and firm, with robust tannins well integrated, silky texture and long finish, fruity and spicy.
🍽️ Service: Excellent with roasted goat, pork cheeks, braised tuna and roasted vegetable dishes with cured cheese.
