On the slopes of the Upper Douro, at altitude and in soils that are a transition between schist and granite, Colinas do Douro seeks wines of great precision, freshness and terroir identity.

🍇 Region: Upper Douro, with a strong influence from altitude and transitional soils between schist and granite.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes.

🌱 Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Francisca.

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, grape selection, partial destemming, and fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the purity of the fruit and its natural freshness.

🌿 Vineyards: Plots in the Upper Douro with a large temperature range, an important factor for balance and aromatic expression.

🍽️ Serving: Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC. Pairs well with grilled meats, pasta with rich sauces, cured meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
