🍇 Region: Upper Douro.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes.

🌱 Grapes: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Vinha Velha and Tinta Francisca.

🛠️ Winemaking: A blend of traditional Douro grape varieties, designed to express terroir, elegance, and depth.

⏳ Aging: 12 months in 225L French oak barrels, followed by further aging in the bottle.

🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards in the Upper Douro where the altitude helps preserve balance and definition.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Color: deep ruby.
• Aroma: ripe fruit, spice and subtle notes of oak.
• Palate: structured, elegant, with polished tannins and a persistent finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Very good aptitude for guarding, evolving towards greater complexity and finesse.

🍽️ Serving temperature: Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC. Ideal with red meats, game dishes, oven-baked dishes, and aged cheeses.
