Edition II represents a special selection of small plots from Fazenda Extrema, focusing on depth, minerality, and longevity.

🍇 Region: Upper Douro, in high-altitude plots.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes.

🌱 Grape varieties: Encruzado and Rabigato.

🛠️ Winemaking: Limited edition white wine, crafted to combine aromatic precision, breadth of body, and high aging potential.

⏳ Aging: Fermentation and aging in 500 L and 228 L French oak barrels, with additional aging in the bottle.

🌿 Vineyards: Elevated plots, in hybrid soil of granite and schist, with a strong mineral expression.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Color: luminous citrine.
• Aroma: fine, mineral profile, with white fruit, citrus fruits and subtle oak notes.
• Mouth: wide, tense, elegant and very persistent.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Designed to grow in the bottle for several years.

🍽️ Serving temperature: Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC. Excellent with roasted fish, fine seafood, creamy rice, poultry, and gourmet cuisine.
