On the slopes of the Upper Douro, at altitude and in soils that are a transition between schist and granite, Colinas do Douro seeks wines of great precision, freshness and terroir identity.

🍇 Region: Upper Douro, on east-facing slopes at an altitude of approximately 500 meters.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes.

🌱 Grapes: Viosinho, Gouveio and Moscatel Galego.

🛠️ Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed, cooled, and pressed. The must is decanted in stainless steel and ferments at a low temperature, preserving aromatic purity and freshness.

⏳ Stage: Fermented and aged in stainless steel, with work on fine lees to gain volume and texture.

🌿 Vineyards: High-altitude plots, in transitional soil between schist and granite, a factor that helps maintain tension and mineral expression.

• Residual sugar: 0.6 g/L

• Color: greenish.
• Aroma: citrus and floral notes, with a very expressive profile.
• Palate: fresh, balanced, with pleasant persistence and a light herbaceous touch on the finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Excellent for immediate consumption, maintaining freshness and aromatic definition in the short and medium term.
