Produced from pre-phylloxera vines in Colares, this wine reveals the rare and Atlantic identity of one of Portugal's most unique origins.

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested at the end of October, natural fermentation, 2 weeks of post-fermentation maceration, aged for 6 years in Brazilian mahogany barrels, followed by 2 years in French oak barrels and another year in bottle before release.
⏳ Aging: Long aging process in wood and bottle before commercialization.
🌿 Vineyards: Pre-phylloxera vineyards from the 19th century, on sandy dunes overlooking the Atlantic, with ungrafted vines deeply rooted in the clay.
