Penetra is a small-production wine project from the Lisbon region, signed by Velvet Boutique Wines. This wine expresses an artisanal approach, focused on the identity of the variety, Atlantic freshness, and gastronomic elegance.

🍇 Region: Lisbon, Portugal.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Mauro Azóia.

🌱 Grape variety: Malvasia de Chão Rijo.

🛠️ Winemaking: Wine made from grapes grown in Chão Rijo, near the village of Colares, with fermentation using indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature.

⏳ Aging: Aged in French oak barrels, with bâtonnage, for approximately 7 months.

🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards in clay-limestone soils, influenced by the Atlantic climate of the Lisbon region.

🧪 Analysis:

• Alcohol content: 12.5%
• Capacity: 75cl

👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Citrus color, citrus aroma and orange blossom; fresh, mineral and very elegant on the palate.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Wine with good potential for evolution in the bottle, maintaining freshness and balance.

🍽️ Serving: Serve at 10-12 ºC. Pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, sushi, and soft cheeses.
