Zambujeiro Magnum 2019 is an excellent red wine, produced by the prestigious Quinta do Zambujeiro , located in Borba, Alentejo . This edition in Magnum format (1.5L) is perfect for sharing during celebrations and special moments, standing out for its more harmonious evolution and aromatic complexity.
Varieties and Winemaking
A premium blend, the result of a careful selection:
- 44% Touriga Nacional
- 35% Alicante Bouschet
- 18% Petit Verdot
- 3% Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes are harvested and selected manually from the property's oldest vineyards. Winemaking takes place in vats and small stainless steel tanks , preserving the authenticity and maximum expression of the terroir. The wine ages for 26 months in French oak barrels (80% new and 20% used), without being filtered, to guarantee the purity and intensity of the flavor.
