Produced in the privileged region of Ancas, in Anadia, this unique wine stands out for its 100% Merlot grape variety and the clay-limestone terroir characteristic of Bairrada. With a moderate Mediterranean climate, this wine reflects a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
Tasting notes:
With an intense ruby color, this Merlot reveals young and fruity aromas, with nuances of wild berries, chocolate and toasted wood. In the mouth, it has a soft and enveloping texture, with balanced acidity and freshness typical of the region, complemented by spices and red fruits that make this wine truly irresistible.
Harmonization:
Ideal to accompany white meats, pasta, salads and soft cheeses. It is also an excellent choice for Chinese-inspired dishes or for relaxing moments on terraces.
Winemaking:
Manual harvest followed by fermentation in small open mills with manual treading, for delicate and refined extraction. The wine aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels, giving it complexity and character.
