Founded in 2001 by Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges, Wine & Soul works with old Douro vines using a minimal intervention approach, seeking wines of great purity, concentration and elegance.

🍇 Region: Douro, originating from the historic Quinta da Manoella, in the Pinhão Valley.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Sandra Tavares da Silva & Jorge Serôdio Borges.

🌱 Grapes: A blend of traditional Douro grape varieties destined for Port wine.

🛠️ Winemaking: A blend of Port wines from Quinta da Manoella, aged in used casks of approximately 630 liters.

⏳ Aging: Approximately 6 years in casks, at Wine & Soul's warehouses.

🌿 Vineyards: Fazenda Manoella, a historic family property for 5 generations.

👃 Organoleptic Tasting Notes: Beautiful amber color; fresh and intense nose with well-integrated nuts, figs, and wood; soft, round palate rich in dried fruit and apricot.
