Founded in 2001 by Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges, Wine & Soul works with old Douro vines using a minimal intervention approach, seeking wines of great purity, concentration and elegance.

🍇 Region: Douro, originating from Quinta da Manoella, in the Pinhão Valley.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Sandra Tavares da Silva & Jorge Serôdio Borges.

🌱 Grapes: A blend of traditional Douro grape varieties for Port wine.

🛠️ Winemaking: A blend of Port wines from Quinta da Manoella, aged in large oak casks.

⏳ Stage: Approximately 6 years in large wooden containers, in the old storage rooms of the house.

🌿 Vineyards: Fazenda Manoella, a historic family property for 5 generations.

👃 Organoleptic Tasting Notes: Deep color; intense aroma of blackcurrant and cherry; enveloping palate, with silky tannins and a freshness marked by wild blackberries.
