Description
Sumius Espumante Blanc de Noir Bruto is a sparkling wine from the Vinho Verde region, produced from red grape varieties, vinified in a white color, with great complexity and finesse.
🍇 Region: Minho / Vinho Verde (Monção & Melgaço)
🌱 Grape Varieties: Alvarelhão, Pedral, Caínho, Vinhão
🌿 Vineyards: Edge vineyards trained on trellises, with vines over half a century old, guaranteeing grapes of great concentration and identity.
🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes, total destemming and gentle pressing of the red grapes to obtain a clear must. Fermentation at low temperature, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle and prolonged aging on lees.
