Description
Quinta do Piloto Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is an excellent red wine, produced in the Palmela region, in Portugal. This single variety stands out for its elegant and intense character, reflecting the essence of the terroir of the Setúbal Peninsula.
Tasting notes:
Deep and intense ruby in color, it has a complex aroma with notes of ripe red fruits, spices and light touches of vanilla from aging in French oak barrels. On the palate, it reveals an elegant structure, with soft tannins and a long, persistent finish.
Harmonization:
Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, game dishes and aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature between 16-18ºC to better appreciate all its complexity.
Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested manually at ideal ripeness and vinified in traditional mills, with foot treading. The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels , giving it complexity and elegance.
