Tasting notes:
It has an intense ruby color with violet reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of jam and delicate floral nuances. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with silky tannins and well-integrated acidity, providing a long and persistent finish.

Winemaking and Aging:
The harvest is manual, carried out in 15kg perforated boxes to guarantee the integrity of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by post-fermentation skin maceration. The Baga variety aged in stainless steel, while the Touriga Nacional matured in used 700L French oak barrels, giving complexity and structure to the wine.
Harmonization:
Ideal to accompany grilled red meat dishes, traditional roasts, lamb and game dishes. It also pairs perfectly with cured cheeses and regional sausages.
