🌱 Grapes: Castelão 60%, Touriga Nacional 30%, and Alicante Bouschet 10%
🛠️ Winemaking: Full maceration, controlled fermentation between 25ºC and 28ºC for 5 days.
⏳ Stage: From lined cement storage and stainless steel storage to bottling.
🌿 Vineyards: Clay-limestone soil, sandy-loam texture.
🧪 Analysis:
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol
- pH: 3.56
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Ruby red
- Aroma: Notes of forest fruits, some floral.
- Palate: Medium body, round tannins, smooth flavor and refreshing acidity.
