🌱 Grapes: Castelão 60% Alicante-Bouschet 40%

🛠️ Winemaking: Full maceration, controlled fermentation between 25ºC and 28ºC for 5 days.

⏳ Aging: 25% of the batch in second and third-year American oak for 6 months.

🌿 Vineyards: Sandy Limestone Soil (Castelão), Clay-Limestone (Alicante-Bouschet)

🧪 Analysis:
- pH: 3.53

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Ruby red
Aroma: Fruity with notes of blackberries and currants, wood and vanilla.
- Palate: Full-bodied, silky, with rounded tannins and balanced acidity.
