🛠️ Winemaking: Crushing, cold maceration for 12 hours followed by fermentation in vats.

⏳ Aging: 550 L barrels for 2 years.

🌿 Vineyards: Clay-Limestone Soil

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Amber
- Aroma: Flowers, tea, dried figs and honey.
- Palate: Rich and complex, elegant, with a slight sweetness.
