Cold maceration for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20-22ºC and gentle pressing at the end of alcoholic fermentation. After pressing and decantation, it is transferred to 500L used French oak barrels for 18 months (60% new). Gentle filtration before bottling. Tasting Notes: Deep violet color. On the nose, notes of flowers, violet and spices, all well combined with notes of chocolate, tobacco and vanilla. Smooth, elegant and delicate attack. Good volume on the palate with discreet and tamed tannins. Elegant and persistent finish. Serving Suggestions: Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC. Pairs well with red meat dishes, cured meats and cheeses.
