Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20-22ºC and gentle pressing at the end of alcoholic fermentation. After pressing and decantation, it is transferred to 500L used French oak barrels for 12 months. Gentle filtration before bottling. Tasting Notes: Ruby color. On the nose, notes of ripe black fruits, blackberries and blueberries, notes of pine and pine needles. Vibrant freshness. Smooth, fresh, fruity and balsamic attack. Good volume on the palate and tannins, with a long and balanced finish. Serving Suggestions: Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC. Pairs well with red meat, game, poultry, and cheese dishes.
