📝 Full Notes: Red, Quinta do Mondego Dão DOC Granito Alfrocheiro, Baga, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional. Selection of bunches, destemming and vinification in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with precision skin maceration until the end of fermentation, when it is transferred to wood. 24 months in French oak barrels, 50% new, 13.5%. It has a vivid ruby color. On the nose it shows the typical fresh fruit profile of the Dão region, combined with notes of pine resin and French oak and slight floral touches. On the palate it is full and very fresh, reflecting the elegance with which the best wines of the region are usually described. Serve between 16 and 18ºC. Pairs well with dark poultry such as turkey and duck, as well as dishes with mushrooms and cod.
