👨🔬 Winemaker: Hugo Louro and Carla Rodrigues
🌱 Grapes: Tinta Roriz (40%), Touriga Nacional (40%), Baga (20%)
🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC and aging in French “Allier” oak barrels.
⏳ Internship: Minimum of 12 months underground.
🌿 Vineyards: Located in the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountain ranges, at an altitude of between 50 and 70 meters. Old vines planted in 1972, followed by new plantings in 1999.
