🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26º and 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, 30% new and 70% used.
⏳ Internship: Minimum of 9 months underground.
🌿 Vineyards: Located in the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountain ranges, at an altitude of approximately 50 meters. Older vines date back to 1972, with new plantings since 1999.
