🛠️ Winemaking: Grapes harvested by hand, in 25kg boxes, at their ideal point of ripeness. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of the ripe grapes to gently pass into the wine, which is then aged in French oak barrels (50% new) for 18 months.
