🛠️ Winemaking: Grapes harvested by hand, in 25kg boxes, at their ideal point of ripeness. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of the ripe grapes to gently pass into the wine. Aged for 10 months in old French oak barrels.

Ideal accompaniment to rich Portuguese dishes (oven-baked dishes, stews, and intense cheeses).
